Indian-American vocalist and entrepreneur Chandrika Tandon has won a Grammy Award for her album Triveni in the Best New Age, Ambient, or Chant Album category. The prestigious 67th Annual Grammy Awards took place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, celebrating musical excellence and resilience.

According to media reports, Beyoncé led the nominations with 11 nods and made history as the most-nominated artist in Grammy history with 99 nominations. She secured the Best Country Album award for Cowboy Carter.

Meanwhile, Sabrina Carpenter won her first Grammy for her album Short and Sweet, and Kendrick Lamar took home multiple awards for his diss track Not Like Us. The Beatles also earned a Grammy for Best Rock Performance with their AI-assisted track Now and Then. Doechii made history as the third woman to win Best Rap Album.

The event also witnessed dazzling appearances from top stars like Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, and Charli XCX, making it a night to remember in the world of music.

Chandrika Tandon, a 70-year-old Indian-American vocalist and entrepreneur, won her first-ever Grammy at the 67th Grammy Awards for her album Triveni in the Best New Age, Ambient, or Chant Album category. She shared this prestigious honor with her collaborators—South African flautist Wouter Kellerman and Japanese cellist Eru Matsumoto.

Chandrika Tandon, a renowned global business leader, is the elder sister of former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi. Born and raised in Chennai, she pursued her education at Madras Christian College before earning a master’s degree from IIM Ahmedabad. A trailblazer in the corporate world, she became the first Indian-American woman to be elected as a partner at McKinsey & Company.
