  • Cancellation of Ongoing Services: If you have an ongoing service like monthly SEO or social media management, you can cancel at any time. However, you won’t receive a refund for the current month’s services.
  • Unsatisfactory Work: If you’re not satisfied with our work, please let us know within 7 days of project completion. We’ll work with you to rectify the issues. If we’re unable to meet your expectations, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Refund Process: If we agree to a refund, it’ll be processed within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
