Noida: The Noida Authority on Tuesday sealed the flats of three towers and 20 villas and halted construction work of Supertech Capetown, a highrise residential society in Sector 74, Noida, as Interest-Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) was not handed over to the AOA of the society.
On September 17, the Noida Authority shared a press release, in which they mentioned that Supertech has to send the IFMS funds to the AOA by September 30, 2021. As there was no response from the builder, the AOA contacted the authority on October 5.
